Producer
Not only is David Vincent Mills a record producer of his own and collaborative projects, but he is a producer for other artist's and band's recording projects. As a record producer, Mills is responsible for working with the artist or band on gathering ideas for the project, song selection, instrumentation and musician selection, to create, arrange, shape and mold along side the artist or band the songs, preparing charts for the musicians if needed, organizing and leading rehearsals, guiding and coaching the artist and musicians in the studio, creatively directing the recording and the process of recording, maintaining a creative consistency of the artist's vision for the project throughout the entire album, and overseeing and managing the entire process from recording the tracks to mixing and mastering.
